In 2025, we are asking the Lord to help us become a people who…
1. Listen for His voice through His Word and both private and corporate prayer, seeking to be led by His Spirit in all things (Psalm 119:105; John 10:27; Colossians 4:2).
2. Recognize His presence in our gatherings and be attentive to how He is calling us to faithfulness and transformation — through new people and new opportunities (Matthew 28:20; John 14:16-17; Ephesians 2:22).
3. Model His love by showing kindness, compassion, and forgiveness, transcending generational, socio-economic, and family lines (John 13:34; Ephesians 4:32; Galatians 3:28).
4. Serve on mission wherever He has placed us, seeking the salvation of our family and friends for the growth of His Kingdom (Matthew 5:14-19, 28:19; Luke 10:2).
5. Persevere through trials of various kinds with joy and thanksgiving for how He shapes us through them (James 1:2-3; Romans 5:3-4, 12:12).
