We believe that "The Lordโ€™s Supper" (or "Communion"), which is the partaking of the bread and of the cup by believers, is a continuing memorial of the broken body and shed blood of Christ. It is an act of thankful dedication to Him and serves to unite His people until He returns (1 Cor 11:23-26).

It is a meal to remember Christ (1 Cor 11:24), a meal to unite God's family (Eph 2:19; 1 Cor 10:17; 1 Cor 11:17-34), a meal to be spiritually nourished (Matt 26:27-28; Jn 6:53-56), a meal for self-reflection (1 Cor 11:27-34), and a meal of anticipation (Matt 26:29; 1 Cor 11:26). We believe that it is perhaps the most significant thing that we do together, as the many who are one body, partake of one bread (1 Cor 10:17).

All are welcome to join us for our worship gathering at 10:45am on "Communion Sundays". However, we ask that only those who have have repented of sin and placed their trust in Jesus for salvation eat and drink with us. Before you partake, consider:

    • Have I turned from my sin and trusted in Jesus and his sacrificial death for me?
    • Have I identified with Jesus and his people through baptism?
    • Have I committed myself to Jesus and his people through membership in a local church?
    • Am I currently walking in fellowship and pursuing unity with Jesus' family in a local church?

The Lord's Supper is shared together on the first Sunday of each month, when we suspend all 10:45 age-specific ministries (except Toddler Room for children 1-3yo), in order to partake as one body.
